Contractors get awarded all sorts of projects, they vary in magnitude and importance, but share common traits: to be successfully and timely completed, in addition to a budget, they need to have preparation and thought. Many small private projects can be managed directly and simply by just anybody. There is however a whole range of projects where size does not matter, but paperwork does: Public Works projects!

These definitly require a professional and organized approach. Although there is here the capability to manage any type of project, the intention of this site  is to focus on creating the back office sub-contractors need to manage their contracts.

Why This Site?
Quite obviously, this site was started to help those who have difficulties with compliance on Public jobs, who are not timely paid because of missing or incomplete documents, inadequate submittals, problems with Certified Payrolls (CPR)  or Apprentices, conditional and unconditional releases, unfiled 21-day notices, stop notices, bond claim notices and all the intricate paperwork needed for a smooth sailing through the maze of documents that prevent the sub contractor from getting his deserved funds.
